Who will actually perform my treatment?

Dr. Rizwana Hanif performs or directly supervises every procedure. She sets the laser parameters herself after examining your skin — they are not taken from a fixed protocol. This is the difference between a doctor-led clinic and a salon offering the same treatment name.

How do I know the doctor is properly qualified?

Dr. Rizwana Hanif holds an MBBS and MCPS (Dermatology) from King Edward Medical University, with 17 years in practice, and is registered with the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council under PMDC 56391-P. You can verify that number on the PMDC register — and we’d suggest checking any clinic this way before a medical procedure, including ours.

Will you tell me if I don't need a treatment?

Yes, and we often do. If a treatment won’t help your case, or fewer sessions will do, you’ll hear that at the consultation. Sometimes the honest answer is a prescription instead of a procedure — for example, hair fall caused by an iron or thyroid problem won’t respond to PRP until the deficiency is treated.

Do you patch test before laser treatment?

Yes, before your first full session. We treat a small area, then wait to see how your skin responds before proceeding. On Fitzpatrick IV–V skin this step matters, and any clinic that skips it is taking a risk with your face.

What happens if my skin reacts badly?

Tell us immediately rather than waiting for your next appointment. Temporary redness for a few hours is normal; anything beyond that gets reviewed by Dr. Rizwana. We patch-test before your first laser session precisely to catch a reaction while it’s on a small area rather than your whole face.
